Hey, I’m Jake Jennings Smith.
Actor. Dancer. Storyteller. Technician.
I’m a performer rooted in the DMV and New York—but I go where the work calls. I believe the right stories find us, wherever they may be.
I’ve performed Off-Broadway, danced in music videos, worked on-camera, designed lighting, and even served as a technical director (yes, I know how to patch a dimmer board). My path hasn’t been linear—and I like it that way.
With a BFA in Theatre and a minor in Dance, I’ve always been obsessed with movement, emotion, and storytelling. That love connects me to my Native American roots—it’s why I perform: to bring necessary stories to life.
When I’m not on stage or in front of the camera, you’ll find me backstage, in the gym, or sharpening my craft—always working, always learning.
